If you elect to use a non-insurable means of delivery such as regular post office air mail delivery we cannot provide a 100% guarantee of delivery.  If you use a non-insurable means of delivery you are deemed to have received the goods within a reasonable time of delivery period.

If you elect to use a courier type delivery we will provide a 100% guarantee of  delivery.

If you purchased software using an electronic means we will provide the license number by email.  If you do not receive this email, we will re-submit it or send the details by fax to an agreed upon number.
