| Software products that have been delivered to you as a package may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the package has not been opened in any way. Insured return postage charges are your responsibility. The returned goods must bear a return authorization
number clearly marked on the delivery packaging. A return authorization number is provided to you once you communicate with us. Software products that have been opened are not refundable. Software products which have been delivered electronically as a license authorization number
are not refundable. Some authorized resellers or dealers have differing refund policies from this one. If you have purchased a software product from an authorized reseller or dealer, please contact them for their refund policy. Maintenance and support contracts are not refundable. |
